Summer Camp
Summer camp at the Funplex is carefully planned to fit everyone aged 5 through 13. Each camp counselor has the passion to work with children and the goal to get to know each child individually to give them the best, most memorable summer ever.
While you can choose single days to send your children, each week is designed with a theme that goes throughout the week. There will be STEAM activities coordinated into every week, as well as daily bounce house time.
You must fill out the packet linked above to participate in summer camp!

SPORTS WEEK
May 28th - 31st
Get out and get active! Children will learn the basics of sports like kickball, dodgeball, and soccer as well as designing their own sport with a group of peers. Children will also create lasting crafts that they can bring home!
Talent week
June 10th - June 14th
We're bringing back one of the favorites! Talent Week is nothing shy of amazing. Your children have the opportunity to show YOU what they've got! Whether it is art, singing, dancing, gymnastics, or anything they can think of - we encourage talents of all kinds! Finish out the week joining us for our Talent Show demonstrating all their hard work!
disney week
June 24th - June 28th
If you've never been to Disney World, our Disney themed camp will get you pretty close! Experience the magic with us as we make crafts, play games, and have all the fun of real Disney World, with none of the lines!
Ooey Gooey week
June 3rd - June 7th
Slime, Oobleck, Cloud Dough, and every other gooey thing you can think of! Children will get their hands dirty by exploring all different textures and mixtures. They'll even get to bring some of their creations home!
safari week
June 17th - June 21st
Come on a journey with us. We will explore different animals and environments. We will even have live demonstrations and a show-and-tell day!
steam week
July 1st - July 3rd
Don't let the short week fool you, this week will be jam packed full of hands-on, kinesthetic activities for children of all ages. Children will love getting to dive into the meaning of STEAM and maybe even come away with more knowledge!
prehistoric week
July 8th - July 12th
Travel back to the Jurassic Era with us, a time where dinosaurs ruled the Earth and primitive instincts took hold! Spark a flame with this super fun week of summer camp!
harry potter week
July 15th-July 19th
"Alohomora" Unlock a magical journey with us as we dive into the wizarding world of Harry Potter. Trivia, crafts, games, and more! Don't miss this Director's choice week of thrills!
outer space week
July 22nd - July 26th
Blast off with us for an out of this world experience. We will be encountering new life forms and other surprises around every corner. Don't miss out on this orbital time planned just for you!
water week
July 29th - August 2nd
Surf's up! Ride in on a wicked wave for one of the favorites - water week! We'll be exploring new depths of fun and soaking up the rays of sunshine!
go green week
August 5th - August 9th
What better time to head back to school than after helping the earth?? Reduce, reuse, recycle! Help your community, help your planet - give back to the earth, and then give your kids back to school!

Since taking on the job of Director, I have made it my mission to give each individual child memorable fun and lasting knowledge that they may take with them into the future. I am constantly searching for more ways to incorporate each child's specific strengths and talents into our daily activities. With "fun" and "safety" at the very top of the program's goals, the Funplex Summer Camp is not one you want your child to miss out on!
